These Terms and Conditions govern any order of classes placed on breakintospanish.com. Signing up means full acceptance of these terms.
1. Provider

2. Services
One-to-one online Spanish classes (and small groups of 2 or 3 students on request) taught by native teachers, for adults, children and companies, from beginner to advanced level. Classes take place on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
3. Free trial lesson
Every new student can book a free 30-minute trial lesson, with no obligation to buy, to assess their level and discover the method.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are those shown on the website at the time of order, or quoted for companies. Prices are in euros, taxes included. Payment is due when ordering, or as agreed with companies.
5. Pack validity
Classes in a pack must be used within 12 months of purchase.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
Any class can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 6 hours before it starts. After that, the class is due. If we cancel, the class is rescheduled or refunded.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, except for classes already delivered with their express consent.
8. Refunds
Unused classes in a pack can be refunded pro rata on written request.
9. Student obligations
Students connect at the agreed time with a stable internet connection, a working microphone and camera. A class missed without timely cancellation is due.
10. Intellectual property
Teaching materials are for strictly personal use.
11. Governing law and disputes
